Personality: Despite looking like a goth and bad girl, Raven’s a shy and lonely soul who normally is rejected by others due to her newly found magic abilities and rumors spread about her. When it other people trying to befriend her, she is skeptical of their intentions due to being bullied in the past for her pale skin and odd eye coloring. For the few friends she does have, like her stepfather, she is extremely loyal to them and shows more of a confident side that nobody else would see. She also shows a more comical and playful side when around her eight-year old stepsister Lydia who, unknown to their parents, can talk to the dead. As a defense mechanism around strangers, she is known to be very sarcastic and can come off as a bit of a bully.

How they got a letter from Once-ler or one of his members of his gang: Oogway saw her confronted by the headmaster of her school, confronting her about her anger issues and magical outbursts when doing so. The turtle thought that it was unjust of her headmaster’s method of “comfort” which was scaring her to the point of breaking. Raven, being upset, ran away from school that day when she encountered him again. He then told her that there was a better way to handle her problems.
