Personality: Cinch is a woman of really high standards and a bit of a perfectionist. She is also very power-hungry and can come off as a bitch most of the times. She doesn't take idleness and joking very well. She loves to play with people's emotions and manipulate them. Despite her strong and looming presence, she is a crippling coward.

Their reason for capturing Once-ler's Gang: Having been born into a family of high standards, Cinch is a woman in which two things come before every single thing: her reputation and her scruples. She is a firm believer of the law and that all should adhere to it, no matter what their reasoning behind it. For example, if you steal something to feed your family, too bad! You still committed an act of burglary, and you’ll have to pay the consequences. The law is still the law. In order to ensure the facts of following the law, aside from working with Interpol, she is the matron of a foster home for ‘troubled’ girls/ juvenile detention center.



A few weeks after noticing the disappearing of some of her foster daughters for some nights and the malfunctioning of the facilities’ security systems, she assumed that something terrible was going on, and she automatically assumed it was Once-ler’s fault. A few years ago, Once-ler’s gang was responsible for a break-in of the the facility and one of her detainees and foster daughters was a part of that, so she wanted to bring her, and logically them, to justice. Even farther back, weeks after the murder of Commissioner Gordon, her first two runaways occurred: one of whom was a rainbow-haired girl named Bismuth. There was also another reported disappearance of the commissioner’s two children.
