Personality: Oogway is very wise and nobel. He remains calm in serious situations and has strong faith in others. He is unlikely ever to get in a fowl mood. He is kind and loving towards his students and is somewhat fatherly. He has a great sense of humor. He loves to say quotes about wisdome to pass onto others. He might seem senile and his ways could be puzzling to the young mind. But through his strong, knowledgeable, patient, and kind ways almost everyone treats this wise old turtle with love and great admiration in their hearts.

How the teachers joined Once-ler's gang:

Oogway's a turtle of magic and is known world wide as a sorcerer supreme. Years and years ago in ancient times there was a war between animals and humans for rights. Oogway wanted no part in the war at first and his daughter and him conceived of human disguises through magic. He loved his daughter Yona, he was the light of his life. Yona's mother passed away giving birth to her. Oogway did everything in his power to raise his daughter to be safe, while the world was still in shambles. Yona died falling off a cliff trying to escape some cruel soldiers. After that Oogway promised to never again conceive the spell that made him a man. He fought in the war only to stop and a tie was drawn. Oogway then devoted his life to studying magic from the pandas, he learned eternal and

Oogway once again isolated himself until the day that Rapunzel and Once-ler decided to steal from the Jade Temple. Oogway didn't see evil in their hearts and decided to walk up to the two, giving one of his speaches and ended up showing the two his magic. Once-ler then came up with the brilliant idea that the turtle would join their team. Oogway was honored to help once again free the world from the darkness and was happy to teach his students.
