Personality: Elize is a very shy little girl who has a hard time connecting with people, especially due to the enviroment she grew up in. She has a hard time coming out of her shell and tends to hide from new people or speak very quietly to them. However, once you get to know her and she slowly opens up, little elize is a very kind and talented young lady. She is friendly and wants to learn new things. Unlke most mystics, Elize is not sure that her power is very useful and doesn't use it often.

How they got a letter from Once-ler or one of his members of his gang/How the teachers joined Once-ler's gang: Elize was abandoned at an orphanage when she was a baby. At a very early age, she discovered her powers, many of the other orphans found her to be freaky and scary, despite Elize's attempts to make friends, no one wanted to be friends with a "freak" her only friends were stuffed animals. No one was willing to adopt her due to her "unnatural magic," due to the unwanted vibe, Elize ran away from the orphanage and ended up living in the streets trying to survive. Her illusion powers proved to be the thing she needed to steal food. However, the stealing went wrong one day during a big fair. It had been simple, to steal an apple and create an illusion of herself just looking at the other food but it gave out causing the store owner to cry "Thief." The guards chased after her. Running away, Elize bumped into a man who decided to cover for her. His name was Alvin, Alvin told the guards that Elize was his sister and that the payment was on him. The guards to Elize's surprise believed him and disappeared. Elize, wary of the new man wanted to know if he was going to kill her because of her magic. Alvin said that he never hurt kids and that he thought Elize's magic was pretty cool. He gave her some money to help her pay for food, Elize was very confused about the actions that just took place. Alvin just wanted to help her survive. Shortly after that, Elize stuck by Alvin wanting to be by his side. Elize felt like she had a real person to depend on.
However, other people were a different story. She never understood why she wasn't allowed to go on Alvin's jobs, considering that magic would help him but he was firm. During one night while Alvin was away on a job, Elize noticed a robbery, a young woman getting robbed by a rich man. Elize did her best to follow and trick the man with her illusions. Using her power, Elize managed to make the street light go out, sending the man into dissarray. Elize managed to get the item back which turned to be a wedding ring and give it back. When the woman thanked her and disappeared, a turtle showed up like magic to her. He told her his name was Oogway and he said that Elize's power would help many people if she wanted to learn control then she would have to attend Leverage Academy. Elize was unsure considering Alvin wasn't with her. Oogway assured her that it wasn't a problem and vanished. Upon returning to the hotel, Elize and Alvin shared their stories, and the two decided go on their way to Leverage Academy.
