Adrien had to do some work at the Cat Cafe not to mention it was his mother's place but sadly she was in prison by Interpol. He looked after her 'babies' and make sure that they are well fed and happy. Adrien smiled as the small black kitten rubbed up against his leg and said with a grin, "Well, look at you Shady. You just love to get attention don't ya?" He picked up the kitten in his arms and smiled as he pet the kitten's scalp. He went to get the cat food and put a bit of salmon in each of there bowls as the many cats swarm to their dishes. Adrien said with relief as he picked up the broom and swept the floor, "Now to get rid of the hair and sit down to drink some tea..." He swept the cat hair into the trash bin and brew the tea as the cats eat their food. He however was craving for a cat themed treat but couldn't put his finger on it.

Marinette had heard some Interpol members mention a cat theme café back when she was in the office. The theme caught her curiously. It was her break time and the blue haired girl figured it would be the perfect time to check the place out. Marinette stood in front of the café and smiled to herself. Even the sign's design fitted in with the theme perfectly.
'Must be the place.' Marinette thought.
She walked to the café and opened the door. She carefully closed it, now wanting to slam it shut by mistake.

All of the cats at the cafe meowed scared as they stamped over to the other side of the store. Adrien sighed and asked annoyed under his breath, "What now...?" He put down the tea and went to see the cats meowing in fear and hissing at a girls direction. Adrien pulled out his mother's bell and jingled it to calm them down. The cats did and they purred and meowed around Adrien as they did for his mother. Shady, purred and pawed at Adrien's feet. Adrien smiled and said as he picked him up, "Okay, Shady. However you're getting spoiled." Adrien turned around t see who it was and was stunned. The girl was his Lady...Marinette. However he had to keep it a secret due to being in jail with his mother was not how he would like their first date to be. He then put on the mask of the innocent boy long ago as he said with a smile, "Welcome to Cyber Cat Cafe."

Marinette had heard the cats coming. She kneed down a bit before she saw they were hissing and meowing. She held out her hand. She recalled how some animals needed to sniff a person before they calmed down a bit.
"It's ok, I'm not going to hurt you." Marinette said calmly.
She wondered if the owner of the café or a worker kept the cats in here. It seemed a bit odd to her to have pets inside a café. Through it did fit the theme of the place. However, her attention was caught off when she heard the bell rung. She stood up and watched the cats run over to a blond haired boy. She smiled a bit when he started to speak to her. "Oh, thank you. Sorry about your cats. I didn't mean to spook them."

Adrien made a small smile and said sadly as Shady jumped out of his arms, "Well, these cats have been abused more ways then one. My mother build this place for them. The least I can do is keep it up and running so I can be with in a way." Shady went over to the girl and purred and rubbed against her leg. Adrien chuckled and said with a smile, "That's rare...Shady never was opened to others. He must like you." Adrien then looked to see the cat went back to their feeding bowl and asked as he pointed to a table, "Did you want tea and cookies? I got some Cookie Cats you can have though I wish I had more help." It was true that Adrien needed a baker due to being short staff and taking studies as a thief.

Marinette frowned in sadness when she heard the, in her mind and eyes, cute cats were abused. To think people would be as heartless to do that to these little ones. "I'm so sorry...I can't imagine anyone who would want to hurt them." She noticed the little one at had been in the boy's arms and smiled. She kneed down and carefully started to pet him. "Really? I'm a bit surprise. He seems so friendly." Her glance looked towards the table he pointed to. She looked back at the boy and smiled. "Sure, I would like that, um..." She started to look embarrassed and a bit guilty, quickly realizing she didn't know the boy's name, "Sorry, I just now realized I didn't ask what your name was before."

Adrien made a small smile and said with a grin, "It's Adrien. Adrien Kyle." He then said as he sat down on the chair, "I know what you're thinking...I guess some good came from having a child." Adrien hated the fact that she was stealing for herself when in reality was stealing to raise him and provide for him. Adrien then said sadly as he poured tea, "Sorry...I just get the same record anytime I say my last name. I still love her." Adrien still remember the time she sang a lullaby when he was a baby and said as he put the cookies on the tray, "I never knew my father...Mom said it was a one time thing and next thing she was gonna be a mom..." Adrien then chuckled and said with a smile, "Sorry. I tend to drag out my problems..." Adrien then looked at the girl with a kind smile and asked, "May I have your name...?"

Marinette didn't say anything as he explained his problems. She had heard of Adrien's mother and the many different items she had stolen. Most of the other members of Interpol had said cruel things about her. While Marinette could agree stealing was wrong and the thief had to be caught, some comments...well, they went a bit to far at times. She shook her head a bit, "No, you don't need to apologize. I have heard of her but I think it's also normal for kids to love their parents and for parents to love their kids, right?" She hoped she didn't sound rude or like she was over stepping her place. She could imagine how hard it had to be for Adrien. Hope of her wondered if there was a way she could help. She smiled back a bit when she was asked her name, "I'm Marinette Dupain-Cheng. It's very nice to meet you Adrien."
