Spy gave me permission to make the rules for the forum. if you have any questions please pm spyro or our co-admin [GypsyRoseFairy] Do not post anything down here. SOme of these were curtsy of our good friend Minto. Please respect this guys. If the admins find that they need to add/change rules they can.
1.Be Respectful to Your Fellow Roleplayers-Do not bash or hate on anyone who may have a different idea than you. Opinions are meant to be respected and in no way should effect how people roleplay with each other. If you have a problem with a member. pm the admin or someone who can help you try to sort out the problem.
2. Do not god-mod: This is simple. Do not take control of a character that is not your own.
3. -Be ACTIVE- We do understand those who have school and jobs, just be sure to to let us know if you are taking a break from the rp or anything else.
4 Tagging system. This is easy, just be sure to tag in the title who you want in the thread, this is a character name thing. For example, if it is open to everyone, please put, "Name of Thread Here" (Tag anyone] or "Name of Thread Here (Tag: Yang)
5. Acknowledge Everyone-No one likes to be left out, be sure to get out there and plot with everyone. You never know what may happen if a character is going to die or not. That being said, try to plot with everyone you can.
6.Use Your Own Work-There will no copying other people's work, if you are using something like a personality trait from wikipedia or whatever, that is fine but it has to be your own work, you cannot steal someone's app or original idea. It's common knowledge.
7. Try to keep swearing to a minimum-Not everyone is okay with swearing. Having the d word or sh-word is fine every now and then but please try not to have your characters saying the f word all the time.
8. If by any means, if your threads start to drift into risky or sexy stuff please mark the thread as M.
9.- Events. This will apply for the same rule for group threads as well. We do plan on doing events. We'll give you all a heads up once we do so
. Be sure to read the topic and then respond to that certain event properly. This could be done by anyone. IF you have an idea for an event, come to us first before starting!
*Example: if we do a cops vs gang event, then be prepared to be active, because you never know if you're character is important to the plot.
9.5 Plot pages: Now, for pairings, shipping, etc. Be sure to discuss before shouting "Oh, let's ship A and B". Give reasons before pairing up.
Same goes with friends, enemies, and more. For plot pages, make one and be sure that everyone comments. So, that way, people can plot with characters. Experiment! Have fun! That's what RPing is about after all Also be sure to ask people before starting threads with their charactesr in them
10. Please try not to do one lined sentences as replies to people. If you are on a phone that is understandable but sometimes it can be hard for another player who puts a lot of work into their posts to just see one line as a reply. Let us know ahead of time if you are on a phone. If it helps try to imagine you as the character and think about how they are thinking or what they think of the situation.
11.MEPS/Cracks/Fanfics art's all good! Make it related to the RP only.
*However: For MEP ideas, make sure everyone agrees.
*Hosting MEPS: you are responsible for cutting and rendering the MEP together. If you need help, ask one of us
