Sun nodded,"Yup.",he said confidently,"Not a very sneaky one though.",he added as he sat down on his bed to take a break from searching the room."Mhm.",he said in response to his second question,"You might be able to meet her soon since she has to cone pick up her luggage.",he said as he gestured to the pink suitcase. Sun nodded,"Yup,kinda my specialty.",he said as he looked at his tail,"Well if I don't fail another transformation spell again that is.",he chuckled. Kurt nodded and took a seat back on his bed. Trying to figure out what Sun could do as far as a mystic. The monkey tail was one thing but what about his power? "Can I ask, what is your power?" he questioned. "If that is too far out of line I understand." He realized that he hadn't talked about himself yet but to be honest, Kurt wasn't ready. He needed to figure out more about how to discuss his past without feeling that fear again. "Pfft don't worry about it.",Sun said as he leaned against the wall on his bed."I can multiply and shape shift,but I'm not very good with the shape shifting as you might be able to tell.",he laughed as he waved his tail around,"I'd demonstrate for ya,but Oogway said to hold off on the shape shifting until class starts.". Sun quickly sat up on his bed,"But we can play a multiplying game if you'd like.",he offered,"It's a neat trick for field work.". |

A game? That was interesting. Kurt had never heard of a game involving a mystic's powers. It would be kind of like the games at the circus? "How do you play?" Kurt asked, curiously, sitting on the balls on his feet, staring at Sun, excitement kind of filling his eyes. Kurt realized that Sun was trying to make him feel more comfortable, Kurt hadn't exactly made the best first impression.

"It's easy just give me a sec.",Sun said as he picked up the corner of the bed,placed his tail under it,and let go that way it slammed on his tail."Och!",Sun yelled as he quickly pulled his tail out from under the bed and multiplied into two more copies of himself and ran outside the room."So can you guess if I am the original or not?",Sun asked as he walked back in with a minor flaw that wasn't there before.He didn't realize it at the time so Sun was confident that he could fool Kurt.

Kurt eyes narrowed as he stared at the copies of Sun for a bit. This was an interesting game, one that he was sure that could come in handy with heists. It would be useful to fool people easily. An ability that Kurt sort of wished he had instead of teleporting. He continued to stare at the blonde boy, long and thoughtfully.
"I am going to guess that you are...vhe real one." Kurt said nodding as if he had solved a hard math problem.

Sun pinched his arm as his copies disappeared in the hall,"Sorry dude,but that was a copy.",he said trying to lie,but failed with a small chuckle,"Nah I'm playing.You're actually the first person to get it right!",Sun said with an impressed tone."It always fooled my mom when I did it as a kid.",Sun said as he sat back down smiling.It had been a while since he mentioned his mother,he thought that he never would,but he did.

"I thought for awhile that you may have been a copy so I probably would have lost if I hadn't given it another thought." Kurt said with a tiny laugh. "I wish my power was as cool as yours." To demonstrate, he concentrated and appeared on Sun's bed in a puff of black vapor. "I van only teleport. Though I feel like it defeats the purpose since you know. I am blue." |

Sun laughed along with Kurt,"Congratulations to Kurt....whatever-your-last-name is for being able to spot the difference!",Sun yelled in a game host impression.Sun jumped a bit to see that Kurt had teleported from one bed to the next,it reminded him of someone he knew."That is a cool power!",Sun said encouragingly,"My mom had teleportation too and she turned out to be a great criminal!".

Kurt beamed, he hadn't thought about anyone else having this power. "Thank you. I used to hate it to be honest, it never really grew on me until I met Oogway." He rubbed the back of his head, remembering how the turtle had told him that everyone had something special inside and not everyone was happy with their powers. It was a relief at least. Sun sat up on his bed as he slowly nodded,"Yea.",he answered seriously,"It's not that bad with my sister here,but once we graduate,whenever that may be,...my sister and I don't have any family to go back to,sooo...yea.".He hated having to be serious when talking about his family,but at the same time he felt relieved.Sun shook his head,"Pfft don't worry about it dude.",he said with a faint smile,"Not that big a deal to me.".

Oh. So that was the situation. Kurt's smile faded, he hadn't realized how bad it was for other people. He had just assumed that the others here had had good lives as far as he was concerned. "Hey bro, I am sorry. I shouldn't have brought it up." The blue mutant put a hand on the other's shoulder as a comforting gesture.
"I am sure that they are very proud of you."

Sun shook his head and gave a faint smile,"Don't worry about it man.Like I said,it's no big deal.",he said as he was caught off guard by Kurt's comment about them being proud.How could his family be proud of something they don't know about?
Sun nodded slowly as he stared down at the floor,"I sure hope so.",he said as he shook it off."Enough sappy family stories from me huh?",Sun said as he clapped his hands together before giving Kurt a pat on the back."How about you? What's your story?",Sun asked.

Kurt was glad that Sun was such an upbeat guy. "Oh, me, my story isn't that impressive." Kurt said, in truth, Kurt didn't know how to describe his experience, and didn't want to think about it. "I grew up with uh, how do you say it...circus volk?" He wasn't sure if that was the correct term. It was the best he could do.
"No siblings or parents, but vhose in the circus raised me. I guess being blue does have its perks."
He didn't want to vague with his new roommate but it wasn't as if he was hiding everything. He was just giving him the best story he could think of.

"Circus volk?",Sun asked confused,"Ooooh. You mean circus folk.",he said realizing that Kurt's accent kinda threw him off guard.
"Awe man I'm sorry.",Sun said in a comforting tone.He couldn't even picture what it must've been like to be an only child,Sun had some regret even thinking about a life without his sister."Well at least being a circus performer was fun right?!",Sun asked in a more pumped up tone.
