Personality: Gumi is a very girly tomboy.She likes to get in trouble and get her hands dirty,but she loves to look cute while doing.Gumi can be very stubborn and persistent when it comes to making friends and she’s also clingy without realizing it,so the more you fight away,the more attached she gets.Even though Gumi is very friendly,she never had any true friends growing up,so people think that’s why she’s so clingy right away.She has an odd fear of music,yet she can’t stop listening to it.

How they got a letter from Once-ler or one of his members of his gang:
Gumi was born into a small foster home with her twin sister,Meiko.They were the youngest and last pair of kids to be a part of the foster home.Their older foster siblings,Kaito(14,at the time),Miku(13),Len(11),and Rin(9),were the only ones who took care of the twins growing up since the foster mother,Madam Mim,didn’t pay very much attention to the kids.After Gumi and Meiko turned 3,their lives in the foster home kinda ended.Madam Mim sold the kids to a shadow man for almost $100,000! Kaito tried to fight for them since he was only a month or so from turning 18,but sadly that didn’t count. When the Gumi and the other foster kids moved in with Shadowman,he put them under a curse that he called the Obedient Music serum.He poisoned their first meal with this serum and the kids became Shadowman’s little puppet band.Gumi,along with her other foster siblings and twin,was given a special mic/headset which gave Shadowman the power to control their every move on stage through a special microphone that he used to talk to them.He called his new puppet band the Vocaloids and they became very popular and well known after moving to France.A few years went by and Gumi’s older foster siblings started disappearing one by one,oldest to youngest.Soon enough it was just Gumi and Meiko still working for Shadowman 14 years later.Their band wasn’t much of a band anymore and it started to lose its fame.Shadowman threw out Gumi and kept Meiko to himself.Gumi was surprised to see that she got let out at a younger age than her older foster siblings did.She tried to get rid of her headset and save her sister,but the curse never wore off and the Shadowman’s hideout disappeared.Gumi also tried to look for answers and even her older foster siblings, but she had no luck,she gave up,and turned to thievery.
~Mavis found Gumi robbing a few gas stations and clothing stores from time to time and waited a while to finally invite Gumi to Leverage Academy.Gumi accepted right away,hoping for a better home and an even better chance to escape and ignore the past.
