Mi was part of a terrorist experiment at a young age. The troupe that kidnapped him forced scientists to operate onto children trying to make super soldiers. Mi was one result of the organizations evil plan. He then went under several operations watching the other experiments die, loosing the time and strength they had left. Mi is marked by a crystal in his arm. Mi continued to serve on the battlefield as a demolition expert. Then in the city he managed to get seperated and was a part of many a bank heist. Panda King noticed the teenager one day and was impressed by his skills. He sent Mi a letter and Mi accepted hoping to be another place to hide and maybe earn some redemption.

Tenchi was once the driver of the famous bandit Ryouko. And he soon fell for her. One one night after stopping at the harbot the police finally caught up to them and had a shoot out. Ryouko died in Tenchi's arms and Tenchi was sent to a year in jail where he found his childhood hoby of hacking another way to help out the people that needed him. Once out of jail he found several jobs for hacking. It was on one of these jobs that he ran into Flint and the two started to hack into the same building. Flint was impressed by the lads skills and invited him to the academy.
