How they got a letter from Once-ler or one of his members of his gang

You had spent most of her life in a small ocean town. When she was at a young age the overseer of this small town, a rich mayor and his daughter started to take money away from the town. Chika became You's only friend. The two would always play together. After Chika came up with the idea that You and her would become the town's hero thieves, taking back the treasure that the town needed. You agreed and soon they came across a treasure map. Chika however was soon taken to the mayor and forced to work as a maid in that household. You grew up with a love of swim and soon swam to the bottom of the ocean at the peir and carried the treasure back up. Arial was visiting the city at that time and decided that the girl would be perfect for the Academy. She soon wrote You a letter and You read it and happily returned maybe someday she can return with more than enough money to buy Chika's and town's freedom from the evil mayor.
